Robert Foutty Founder, President
Bob Foutty founded New Horizon Wealth Management in 1995 with the goal to guide everyday people through the complex, ever-changing world of investing.
With more than 20 years of financial service experience, he leads his staff to help inform retirees and those contemplating retirement about their options for creating guaranteed lifetime income and managing and perpetuating their assets.
Bob has been the keynote speaker for several financial services organizations, including the American Financial Group and Midland National Life. He has received an appointment to American Funds Investment Company’s All-American Team, as well as induction into Midland National Life’s President’s Club and Director’s Club — a distinction which recognizes top achievers among Midland’s producers.
David Ryan Senior Advisor
David Ryan joined the New Horizon Wealth Management team in 2004 as a senior advisor, bringing valuable knowledge, experience and insight to the planning and client service initiatives. In addition, David has been instrumental in developing the firm’s 401(k) programs.
David decided to move back to Ohio to help guide those people planning to retire, along with those already retired. David has been serving seniors in Ohio and Pennsylvania for the past two decades.
After merging his practice into New Horizon Financial Group in 2004, David’s business now involves helping many retirees create a plan that is easily understood and effective.
David belongs to the Circle of Excellence and earned the Summit and Executive awards from his broker-dealer, Packerland Brokerage Services.
